Proposal Generator

No discount shown on properties held at the minimum fee

When a property is held at the minimum monthly fee, the discount has no effect on what the client pays - so the Investment page no longer shows a discount percentage, struck-through rates, or the stack discount badge for those properties. The savings line now also counts only genuine reductions, so a small floored property no longer hides real savings on larger ones. Charged amounts are unchanged - the minimum fee was already enforced.

CRM import works again and discount strikethroughs corrected

Pulling deals and meetings from the CRM no longer fails with "Could not load company data" - the requests to HubSpot used an unsupported filter format and have been corrected. The "AI extraction failed" error when importing meetings is also fixed - the AI step referenced a retired Claude model and now uses a current one. Discount strikethroughs on the Investment page are also fixed: a property held at the minimum monthly fee no longer shows a struck-through price below the amount charged, discounts now follow the right property when one is removed from the list, newly added properties pick up the stack discount automatically, and the stack discount badge only claims the rates above are discounted when they actually are.

Override the "Properties in scope" count

The "Properties in scope" figure on the executive summary can now be set manually in the Client details step. Leave it blank to keep the count derived from your pricing configuration, or enter a number to show the full deal scope (for example when you have priced one representative property but the agreement covers the whole portfolio).

Show discounts on module rates and Insights seats on the Investment page

The module rate card on the Investment page now shows the discounted per-unit rate (with the list rate struck through) when a uniform discount applies, so the bundle/stack discount is visible on each line. Insights seats also appear as their own line in the module list, showing the creator and viewer seat counts and monthly cost, rather than only in the totals.

Savings line, two-decimal pricing, and Next Steps off by default

The Investment page now shows a "Total savings (year one)" line whenever a discount applies, totalling subscription and onboarding savings into one client-friendly figure. All pricing and totals on that page now display to two decimal places. New proposals also hide the Next Steps page by default; tick "Include next steps page" in the Sections step to add it.

Fix broken avatars in the Inbox module

The two profile photos in the Inbox + AI Agent module were loading from a third-party image service, so they showed up broken on restricted networks (client guest wifi, offline laptops, ad blockers). They are now self-contained brand-purple initials, so the module always renders cleanly wherever you present it.

Discount override on onboarding fees

You can now apply a percentage discount to the onboarding fee on any proposal. It sits in the Pricing configuration step under the onboarding tiles, shows a live total, and stacks on top of the partner deal toggle (multiplicatively, so partner + 20% override = 60% off).

Personalise the Identity slide in the PDF export

The PDF export's Identity slide now uses the guest name from the personalisation panel (same as the interactive deck). The unified profile, avatar initials, email, and the five messy source-system records all take the configured first and last name, falling back to John Smith when no guest is set. Also drops the stray "R." middle initial that lingered in the translation file.

The master profile card on the right of the Identity slide showed the guest name with a spurious "R." middle initial. It now reads as first name + last name only, matching the personalisation fields in the rest of the deck.

Toggle the "One Platform" slide between data and lifecycle views

A subtle two-dot toggle sits in place of the period after "One Platform" on the Solution slide. Click the second dot to swap the fragmented-systems-to-master-profile diagram for a four-step lifecycle flow (Unify, Segment, Activate, Measure) with an animated return loop that visualises how insights feed back into smarter journeys. Reps can pick whichever view best matches the conversation in the room.

Export the Sales Deck as a print-ready A4 landscape PDF

A new "Export PDF" button at the top right of the deck opens the print dialog with a purpose-built layout: 18 editorial slides sized natively for A4 landscape, personalisation (hotel name, contact, date) carried into the cover and CTA pages, and the file pre-named "Bookboost - {hotel} - {date}.pdf" so reps can save and send straight from the dialog. The on-screen interactive deck is unchanged.

Optional story-intro arc on the 2026 Sales Deck

A 4-slide narrative intro (expectations, two types, possibility, brand reveal) now wraps the problem section when you want to lead with the why. Toggle "Story intro" on the hero slide to turn it on or off. A short bridge paragraph links into the problem section when enabled. Translations cover en/de/se/nl.

Investment page splits cleanly across A4 pages

Long pricing sections with multiple properties used to spill awkwardly onto a second page, cutting tables mid-row. The investment section now splits at section boundaries: modules on page one, the per-property breakdown on page two, and if it still doesn't fit, the totals move to a third page. Short proposals still render on a single page.

Minimum monthly fee now holds when a property discount is applied

Previously, entering a per-property discount on the proposal pricing table would bypass the minimum monthly fee and undercut it. The group and single pricing tables now floor each property at the minimum (e.g. €399 / £350) even with discounts applied, matching the standalone pricing calculator.
